Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times by region (after dispatch):

- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Note: Delivery times do not include customs delays or unforeseen shipping disruptions.
Shipping Costs

Tracking

Failed Deliveries / Return-to-Sender
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:
- Customer not being home
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Courier refusal
Then:
- The package may be returned to Phofay.
- Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs to resend the order.
