Return/Replacement Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 30 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking information. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Customer mistakes such as wrong model, wrong quantity, or incorrect selection

Note: Personal-care items are eligible for return only if defective or damaged.

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, missing pieces, or poorly crafted, contact support@phofay.com immediately.

  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or return.
  • In these cases, return shipping is covered by Phofay.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email support@phofay.com with your order details and reason for return/replacement.
  2. We will provide the return address or nearest facility instructions.
  3. Please send proof of shipment (e.g., a picture of the receipt) once you return the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
  • If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, contact support@phofay.com

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for other returns.

International Returns

  • Returns from other countries are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and import fees, unless the return is due to Phofay error.
  • Contact support@phofay.com for international return instructions.

Exchanges

For replacements, we will send the new item once we receive and inspect your returned item.
